Soothing Blue German Chamomile - Matricaria chamomilla from Bulgaria.
This is one of the top essential oils used in Aromatherapy due to exceptional anti-inflammatory, analgesic, skin healing, sedative and digestive properties.
There are many reasons to use German Chamomile for relief and comfort. Some of the best known are: inflamed or burned skin, wound healing, joints & muscular aches, sprains, digestion, headache, sleep, & nervous tension.
Due to the concentrated strength, healing power and cost of German Chamomile, we are selling this now at a 10% dilution in Organic Golden Jojoba. This can be used straight on small areas or added to another base oil. Most massage blends are 1.5 to 2.5 % essential oil in a base.
A few methods of use: (1) Safe to dab on the skin for bruises, bites or inflamed skin; (2) Add a couple drops to water for a relaxing bath. (3) Add 3-4 drops per oz of a base ingredient to use as a massage, body or bath oil. |

Quick Tip: Blue Chamomile in Organic Golden Jojoba can be applied to chapped lips or cold sores.
Story from Ann in California: I swim a lot and my scalp & hair get very dried-out & super itchy. I tried different moisturizers & conditioners ... nothing helped. The first time I poured German Chamomile into a formula, I was in awe of the the thick beautiful gorgeous deep blue color. It reminded me of the ink I filled fountain pens with as a child. This deep blue is a sure sign of it's healing properties.
I love to think about this cooling, soothing, healing & nurturing oil. This is why German Chamomile is in our Skin Calm Gel for skin conditions. Years have shown us this gel is good for dogs too. It's also in our Baby's Rub for soothing belly rubs, and our Ear/Nose/Throat Oil to relieve discomforts. Consider adding beautiful blue German Chamomile to your first aid kit. It's a nice addition to your favorite lotions, oils & soaps. Lovely with Lavender or Geranium.
