- Apply to nose, massage under cheek
bones, in and around ears, and down sides of neck.
- Apply to small cotton ball and keep
in ears. Do this at bedtime for a good night's sleep, at
the beginning signs of a cold, or for sinus infection. Keep
cotton in ears during the day.
- With earaches, apply wet heating pad
after steps #1 and #2.
- Great protection on airplanes!

- Rub gently and consistently into scar. Spend time with this skin and
massage the oils in thoroughly with care. The gentle rubbing
is as important as the oils.
